Who We Are:
Russell & Co Admin Partners is a strategic operations consultancy founded by Adina Russell, an experienced project manager, coordinator, and operations professional. We are a growing collective of operations strategists serving mission-driven teams and care deeply about untangling the administrative webs that advocates and small businesses face.
The Problem We Solve:
Mission-driven organizations and small practices run on under-resourced, over extended teams. The leaders doing the most important work are often carrying the heaviest administrative load: managing data heavy spreadsheets, onboarding and training staff, and coordinating projects that no one officially owns. Our firm was built with that exact reality in mind.
How We Solve It:
We observe what is slowing your team down, build the processes with tailored documentation to fix it, informed by Change Management principles to ensure all changes stand the test of time. Teams come to us when they are ready to stop firefighting and start operating with intention.

Prior to joining Russell & Co, Jovanti built a strong client-facing career as a Front Office Receptionist, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and staff for over 6 years, managing high-volume inquiries, appointments, and day-to-day office operations with professionalism and discretion. His earlier experience as a Hospitality Coordinator, along with internships at Local Development Corporations and various frontline roles, demonstrates a consistent track record of excellent client service, relationship building, and operational reliability. Jovanti is the proud fur-father to Noor. When he is not working, he competes professionally in Bodybuilding competitions across the country.

“I grew up between the bustle of New York City, and a small village in Southern Germany: two worlds that couldn’t have been more different. From the time I was in grade school I’ve known that this world was not built with people like me in mind. My experience as a young, Black & unknowingly Queer child instilled in me a deep empathy for anyone who has ever felt like they had to carve out space for themselves in order to thrive.
That understanding led me to dedicate my life to social justice. I learned that parts of my identity, things I had no control over: my race, assigned sex, and superficially formed perceptions of who I was, often determined opportunities, access, and belonging. From decade to decade I noticed the importance of my identify would shift with political winds, swift and detatched at the best of times, and dangerous at their worst. I wanted to protect the children who went unprotected and often looked like me, so they never had to endure that same pain as I did… so I worked towards building a future and space where their uniqueness is their strength, not their barrier.
This collective was born from that same intention. It’s a space for people who chose to build the vision of the future they wished to see. For the dreamers who struck out on their own, shaping their futures by hand, and the activists I spent years working with, who give their all to causes bigger than themselves:

I founded Russell & Co, to be a place of support, strategy, co-learning, radical love and deeper understanding… shoulders to lean on backed by years of lived experience, trial and error, and the lessons learned from navigating both advocacy, the private sector, and entrepreneurship. When you work with us, you work with people who have walked the same road, tripped on the same rocks, and crossed the same troubled waters. My mission is simple: create a collective of advocates for the advocates. To stop burn out culture, share the work, and stand beside the small shops, independents, and professional activists as the ally and resource they’ve always deserved.”
